Who is neurohub for?

neurohub is designed for organisations who want to scale their neuroinclusion capability, manage workplace adjustments with far greater efficiency, and demonstrate measurable inclusion value.

It’s especially beneficial for organisations managing adjustment journeys across large workforce as neurohub provides, structure, visibility and reporting needed for compliance and delivery at scale.

Does neurohub support Access to Work?

Yes, neurohub supports those using Access to Work.

Can employees access their own journey?

Yes. Employees have secure access to a personalised dashboard where they can view and manage their adjustment journey, track progress, complete actions, access recommendations and view relevant resources. This creates greater transparency and empowers employees to take an active role in their support.

Is neurohub part of neurobox?

Yes. neurohub was created by neurobox, the neuroNavigation company. It combines neurobox’s expertise in workplace needs assessments, adjustments, coaching and training with technology that enables organisations to deliver support more consistently, efficiently and at scale.

Do I need to be a neurobox client to use neurohub?

Yes, neurohub is only available to our neurobox partner organisations.

How much does neurohub cost?

neurohub is free to use platform for our clients.

How do I get access to neurohub?

How long does neurohub onboarding take?

If you already work with neurobox we can usually get you set up the same day as your demo/introduction call.

Can multiple people in my organisation use neurohub?

Yes, you can have as many user accounts as you need. Each user account can have custom permission and data access rules, giving you full control over who can see what.

Will our existing neurobox data be available on our system?

Yes, when we set you up on the platform, any of your order and adjustment data from May 2024 onwards will be visible on your system.

Is neurohub a secure platform?

Yes, the neurohub is ISO/IEC 27001 certified (certificate number UK014909), with the servers being hosted in the UK, via Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Our platform is also subject to penetration testing via an external CREST-accredited provider at least once a year.

What other security measures do you have in place?

We use a wide range of security measures across the platform, such as data encryption at rest and in transit, multiple layers of network protection, and automated security testing and monitoring. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available on all user accounts.

What support is available if I have an issue?
